We are a family owned and operated cafe located in Catasauqua PA.  

We began our business 15 years ago on a shoestring budget of only $1,000 after my husband got laid off. We had a unique menu of cupcakes, hot dogs & Slovak Soul Food Favorites.

During the height of the pandemic, we had to adapt, as many of you have as well. In order to keep our restaurant, open we needed to add additional income.

Blondie (that's me!) branched out to working with clients utilizing Sound Therapy (very relaxing) as well as color and crystal therapy. As her client list grew she had needed to place more of her focus on her new path, while Mr. Blondie (he really does love that name :)) took over the baking.

Due to the cost of product, we are unable to offer our wide range of food items, however we still have all of our amazing flavors of cupcakes! 

Blondies has always been a bit untraditional, instead of hot dogs, we are now paired with crystal goodies.

Our shop is quaint, yet eclectic and as soon as you enter you will realize...it's just like walking into our "home". We view every single person who enters our doors as good friends. Having the opportunity to meet so many people from this experience has always been one of my favorite parts of the "job". Our family looks forward to meeting yours!
